an Angry James Butts lies to the public to cover up police misconduct

          JAMES BUTTS' MOST DOCUMENTED CRIME

BUTTS WAS FOUND BY THE L.A. COUNTY D.A. TO HAVE

VIOLATED THE LAW AND CIVIL RIGHTS IN INGLEWOOD!

Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office report about James T. Butts Jr. violating Civil Rights

FACT:   For  years, members of  the  public  had told  the Inglewood City Council  that James Butts abuse of his power as the city council chairman to  hide  problems

in  the   city   and  his  own misconduct  was just illegal. The  Council  was told what laws were broken,  they had those laws read to them and were given copies of  the  laws in meetings.  But  James Butts kept  violating those laws  and the  Civil  Rights of many of the residents that addressed the  City Council.   But when

a still  unidentified individual made a complaint to the  L.A.  County D.A., the D.A. investigated   Butts,   found him GUILTY of violating the Law and Civil Rights, and told Butts to STOP!

FACT:    In  a  very detailed legal opinion, the D.A.'s Bureau of Fraud and  Corruption       Prosecutions  documented     that    James

Butts  illegally used his power to violate State Law, specifically the Brown Act, which protects a citizen's Right  to  Free Speech, and violated  a citizen's Civil Rights  by using  a  police officer  to illegally remove  the  citizen from a Council meeting.   For years,  Butts has  abused  his power   to  hide   information  from the public.    He bullys, interupts,

attacks public speakers, turns   off   the cameras and uses   police   to   physically  stop speakers when they  still have time to talk.

FACT: Just a few months before the D.A. caught Butts violating the Law and Civil Rights, Butts and the council were told by members of the public that the L.A. City Council was sued,  and lost, a civil case where a member of  the public was illegally banned from a meeting because a council member didn't like what he was saying.  But as the D.A. writes, that this didn't stop James Butts.  Butts went right on breaking the Law. In the very last sentence on the page, the D.A. states that the resident whose Rights Butts violated did nothing wrong and that  Mayor James T. Butts Jr. did commit a crime.

FACT:   The D.A.'s office ends  its  letter  by  saying that  Butts and the council would now be  expected to follow the law and  no longer  violate  Civil  Rights. However, although this pressure from the DA forced James Butts to "lay low" for a while, curtail his illegal actions, he eventually returned to his constant, deliberate, obvious abuse of power to help those who support him and quiet those who don't.  Butts gives his friends & allies special privileges in meetings.  He puts them first in line to speak, he gives them more time to speak, he allows them  to  clap  and  yell out

when  they  want, and even to speak long after public comments  have  closed. But, he will stop meetings and eject his critics who dare do the exact same things, or just criticize him.

DOES  INGLEWOOD  WANT  A  MAYOR (JAMES BUTTS)
WHO  REPEATEDLY  VIOLATES  CIVIL RIGHTS?   NO!
